Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are free of charge until 2 days before the arrival date. Just in case the reservation will be canceled after that time or you didn’t come to the hotel (No-Show), we would charge the 1st night stay as cancellation penalty.
Except during the period of Holy Week and April Fair when we will charge on your credit card the first night of the stay as a deposit of your booking. The reservation can be canceled with the refund of the deposit at least 15 days before arrival day. If it were canceled after that time, the deposit would not be refunded.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Deposits paid are non refundable.
